Weight Management Systems

Measures the weight of concrete in the agitator ONLY.
It does not involve the weight of the whole truck.
• Can measure accurately the weight of RETURN LOADS
Can transmit the load data through the truck’s on board computer to a central office.
• DAG WEIGHT is indicated and can be flagged in the office.
Enables the driver to check the residual weight in the agitator (dag weight).
• It has a THREE DIGIT DISPLAY with automatic moveable decimal point.
Above 100 Kg it indicates in increments of 0.1 tonnes.
Below 100 Kg it indicates in 10 Kg increments.
• An AVERAGING FEATURE is built in to dampen the indication when truck is moving.
• The Conweigh has TWO DISPLAY VERSIONS.
A DIN RADIO SLOT VERSION for cabin fitment;
or A HERMETICALLY SEALED VERSION for outside OR inside fitment.
• The display has a RS232 output that can transmit data to a data logger.
• Installation takes two installers three hours.
• Conweigh does NOT use load cells or airbag inputs
The structural integrity of the truck is not altered in any way.
• Calibration can be carried out at either a weigh bridge or a batching plant.
• Designed with Safety and function in mind.
Visual Inspection of the load via a ladder is no longer necessary.
Measures the actual load itself very accurately.
Offers an advantage to regional operators that would otherwise travel to a weigh bridge.
Conweigh can also be fitted to a cement or sand silo at a batching plant.

Your Kimax 2® radio or Kimax 2® universal can be equipped with a wireless terminal, making it possible to see all the weight readings on a portable display within a distance of 100 m* from your Kimax 2® instrument located inside the cabin.
This device is very useful when you are loading your tank trailer from the top of the vehicle.
The device can be set with individual IDs, seperating several vehicles in the same loading area.

Printer
The Kimax printer is a serial printer, which allows you to print "weighing slips" showing the actual axle loads and total weight of the vehicle.
SG sensor
The SG sensor is designed for installation on steering front axles suspended by mechanical parabolic or leaf springs, as well as installation directly on parabolic springs for driven rear axles or axle groups. When the SG sensor is connected to the Kimax device through its wire harness, all you have to do is calibrate the axle exactly as way you would do for an air suspended axle.
Hydraulic sensor
The hydraulic sensor used for hydraulic suspended vehicles is normally in the range of 0 - 250 bar.
